Starve yourself. The idea of a detox is to allow the body to clean itself. You may still need to ingest nutrients during this processes. It’s not about punishment, it’s about reduction.

Punish yourself. Detoxing is a luxury that we can afford to repeat, so don’t punish yourself if you slip up. That said, try to avoid indulging because you won’t be helping yourself. The idea of the detox is so let your body and guy reset itself so don’t push in more harmful toxins.
